The contemporary living room, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on the hills, is decked out with white leather sofas and a separate TV area just made for lounging in as well as a cosy stone fireplace. A state-of-the-art sound system and TV add a touch of luxury. Just around the corner is a modern dining space with large wooden table, where you can enjoy fine meals in the evenings.
The villa has a well-equipped gym and lots of communal spaces for everyone to relax and do their own thing, as well as sociable areas where you can come together.
Outside is a wonderful swimming pool – the focal point of the gardens – where you can happily spend most of the day floating in the sun or drying off on the loungers with a good book. There’s also a well-equipped al fresco dining area complete with barbecue, pizza oven and refectory style table to seat 16. The area is covered over so that, even in the event of a light shower, you and your guests can spend the whole evening al fresco, enjoying the last of the day’s sun and a never-ending supply of fine wine and great food.
Location
Villa Simona is perched high on a hill in Porto Cervo in an exclusive compound above the Pitrizza Hotel and the white sandy beach there.
The closest airport is Olbia. The drive to the airport takes around 35 minutes, whilst Porto Cervo town is just a 10 minute drive away.

Spinnaker restaurant offers great seafood and stylish ambience in equal measure, or try the rustic and rural I Fratti Rossi, just south of Porto Cervo, for perfectly presented local ingredients. At Madai, on the harbour promenade, you can enjoy either sea views or the sheltered garden with your excellent raw and fresh fish. Il Pescatore, on the harbour, offers great views and even a glass fence you can watch fish through while awaiting your meal. Or for something a little different try the Asian Fusion restaurant, Finger’s Club, on Porto Vecchio.
If you prefer to cater yourselves, the well-equipped kitchen is a pleasure to prepare food in and gourmands will enjoy shopping in Sardinia’s fabulous food markets and trying out local ingredients back at the villa.
