Villa Spinaltermine is situated on a private 2,700-acre estate on the border of Umbria and Tuscany.
The nearest airport is Perugia, just 45 minutes drive away. Florence is around an hour and 45 minutes away and Pisa is 2 hours and 30 minutes away.

Please note that Villa Spinaltermine can be rented with or without the guest annexe and rates vary accordingly.
Guests also have access to everything on the estate, including drivers, chefs, stables, shopping service, and estate Osteria and Bottega (at additional cost).
Bedrooms
Villa Spinaltermine sleeps up to 8 people in the four-bedroom main house and a further 2 in the one-bedroom guest suite in the pool house.

Double bedroom on the first floor with en-suite shower room.
Bedroom three
Twin bedroom on the first floor with shower room located down a set of stairs.
Bedroom four
Master bedroom on the second floor with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower with dressing area.
Guest annexe
Annexe comprises one double bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite shower room and a pool changing area with shower, kitchenette and covered lounge area on the first floor.
Dining
Villa Spinaltermine has a well-appointed kitchen, which is open-plan to the sitting room, making it a lovely, sociable area in which to cook and chat. Keen cooks will enjoy the local emphasis on good, fresh ingredients. The area is known for its wild foods and you can arrange to be taken truffle hunting, as well as foraging for local delicacies such as wild asparagus. For the more adventurous, you can even go wild boar hunting.
If you wish, a private chef is available, either to hire for an entire week at a time, or just for one-off special dinners or occasions. And on days when you prefer not to cook there is also a private estate restaurant which serves wonderful traditional Italian dishes. You can even have items from the house menu and wine list delivered straight to your door.

Kids
The 15m infinity pool with its own pool house means children can happily spend all day splashing about. And with so much outside space in which to run round, they should all sleep well at night. Older children can also hire mountain bikes or to go boating on the estate.
A library with TV and DVD player will keep older children happy in their own ‘den’ in the evenings while the adults socialise.
Cots and highchairs can be provided.
