Set in the prestigious private development of Les Parcs, this luxury villa in St. Tropez enjoys a location just as dazzling and glamorous as the town itself.
It has direct access to the sea and is also only a 10 minute drive from the centre of St. Tropez.
The nearest beach which is part of the private development on which this luxury villa sits is just a 5 minute stroll away, whilst Pampelonne beach is a 10 minute drive.
The nearest airport is Nice, which is approximately a 1 hour 30 minute drive away. Alternatively, the villa has its own helipad.

A professional chef and butler are on hand to serve you throughout the day on your luxury villa holiday. Whether that’s laid back al-fresco lunches by the pool or more formal gatherings in the dining area in the evenings. If you want to make the most of the area’s fabulous restaurants, the concierge service at the villa will take care of all the bookings for you.
You’ll be welcomed to Villa Water’s Edge with a champagne reception and tea and coffee are available, however other food and beverages are charged for separately, allowing the chef to tailor menus to your exact preference.
Kids
Villa Water’s Edge is ideal for families, with its location inside a prestigious private development. Children will love the infinity swimming pool and proximity to the sea and the villa also has spacious landscaped gardens that offer little ones plenty of room to run round.
Villa staff are on hand to make childcare as easy as possible during your stay. If you need anything at all, including high chairs and cots, it can be arranged. They can also organise professional nannies and babysitters to give you a much-needed break too.
