A private path from the villa’s delightful gardens leads you straight to the beach club – one of the best in the area – within a few minutes, but the position of this semi-detached villa means you constantly feel ‘at one with’ the beach.
The property’s rooms are spread out over one floor and most of the windows give you spectacular sea views. A white, bright palette makes for a simple but perfect backdrop to the dramatically azure views from the large windows.
The very top level is completely given over to outdoor living, with several seating areas, a solarium and an outdoor Jacuzzi. The biggest problem is deciding exactly which is the best spot to sip your cocktail while working on your tan.
With an ultra-convenient location, comprehensive concierge service, staff on tap should you require them and, of course, the constant lulling sound of the waves, life here couldn’t be more relaxing.

Villa White Bill is in a gated development located between two beautiful bays in the exclusive Punta Volpe area of Porto Rotondo. The beach is just a 3 minute walk from the villa, and it’s only 5 minutes drive to the port and the town itself.
The nearest airport is Olbia which is around a 25 minutes drive away.

There are several fabulous eating spots in Porto Rotondo. For some of the best seafood and pizza you’ll ever experience head to Tartarughino on Piazza Quadra. Da Giovannino is one of the best of the ‘high end’ restaurants in the area and is rightfully renowned for its delicious antipasti. Overlooking the busy harbour, Paramare, on the marina, is the perfect spot for fabulous fish accompanied by a spot of yacht-watching.
Though you are just minutes from the bars and restaurants in town, should you wish to cater for yourself, the well-equipped kitchen is a pleasure to prepare food in and gourmands will enjoy shopping in Sardinia’s fabulous food markets and trying out local ingredients back at the villa.

A private path leads directly to the beach club and restaurants and Porto Rotondo is just a three-minute walk away, making it an ideal location for a young family with guests with little legs who prefer not to walk long distances.
